The event will take place at the Leibniz Institute for Baltic Sea Research Warnemünde (IOW), located at Seestraße 15, 18119 Rostock, Germany.
The institute is a 15-minute walk from the railway station “Warnemünde”. We suggest to use public transport, as parking space is limited at the institute and expensive in the surrounding area.

Lunch arrangements will be flexible. While we will reserve tables at a nearby restaurant offering lunch specials, participants are free to form subgroups and explore other dining options in the area. Alternatively, you may bring your own food and enjoy it in the IOW cafeteria.

Note that accommodation must be arranged individually.
In case your budget is limited, cheaper accomodation will be available in Rostock city center, which is easily reached by S-Bahn (local train). Please let us know if you need assistance in finding something suitable.
