Purpose of the meeting
Users of ERGOM from different institutes and countries will
- update each other on recent progress,
- share new technical advances, and
- identify synergies in future collaboration.
Sessions
We ask the participants to contribute a small presentation to one or
several of these sessions:
1)
Recent scientific advances in our ERGOM models, use cases or
applications of ERGOM
- Which new features have you implemented in your institute?
- Which new topics did you adress?
2) Recent
technical advances in our ERGOM models
- Which new technical features did you introduce to make your
modelling workflows more productive?
- This may be changes in the model itself, in pre-/postprocessing,
…
3) Plans of new ERGOM users
- This sesssion is for getting to know the new members of the ERGOM
community.
- What do you plan to do with the model in the future
scientifically?
4)
Successful strategies of co-developing ERGOM as a team
- What stragegies have you used to develop ERGOM further as a
team?
- Which of these could be used in the larger community?
The maximum duration of your talk will be decided and communicated
once we can estimate how many contributions we can expect. You can also
just participate to listen.

- Session 3: Plans of new ERGOM users
Fr, Apr 11th:
- Session 4: Successful strategies of co-developing ERGOM as a
team
- Discussion about future collaboration, topics to jointly address,
and potential synergies
Directions, Food,
Accomodation, Cost
The conference is free of charge, but you need to pay for your own
travel, food and accomodation and make the hotel reservation on your
own.
